Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the borders of South Africa. Orders from outside South Africa cannot be processed.
Processing Time

Stocked Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom Orders: Processing times vary based on complexity and will be discussed before order confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Costs

We use Pudo locker to locker only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

If you wish to arrange your own courier to collect from us, please select the collect option on checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor its progress.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

If your package is damaged in transit, contact us within 1 day of receiving it, along with photos of the damage.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out, and we will assist with tracking the shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We only accept returns for manufacturing defects. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface imperfections (such as layer lines or slight variations in texture) are normal and not considered defects.
To request a return for a defective item:

Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the defect for evaluation.

If the defect is confirmed, we will provide instructions for the replacement.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges if the wrong item was ordered. Please ensure compatibility before purchasing. If you need a custom adjustment, contact us to discuss potential solutions.
Replacements

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

The defective product may need to be returned.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective Products: We cover shipping costs for the replacement.

All Other Cases: The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Incorrectly ordered items.
